At Tiny Thumbs (https://www.tinythumbs.com), we strive to deliver quality products and a great experience. This Refund & Return Policy is designed to be transparent and fair while protecting our business from misuse.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns ONLY in the following cases: – Wrong product delivered – Damaged or defective product

We do NOT accept returns for: – Change of mind – Product not liked – Minor color/design variations – Delay in delivery

2. Mandatory Conditions for Return Request

To qualify for a return or replacement, all the following conditions must be met:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Unedited Unboxing video is compulsory showing the package being opened

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • All tags, accessories, and invoices must be intact

3. Unboxing Video Requirement (Very Important)

  • The uncut video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened

  • The shipping label and package condition must be clearly visible

  • Without an unboxing video, no claim will be accepted under any circumstances

4. Return & Replacement Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you on the return process

  • After receiving the product, it will be inspected

  • If approved, we will:

    • Send a replacement product, OR

    • Issue a refund (if replacement is not available)

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after product inspection

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

6. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

We reserve the right to provide partial refunds in cases such as: – Product returned in used condition – Missing packaging or accessories – Damage caused after delivery

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including: – Preloved books (minor wear & tear expected) – Clearance or discounted items (if marked non-returnable) – Personalized or custom products

8. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer:

    • Re-shipping charges will apply

    • No refund will be issued for shipping costs

9. Fraud Prevention

  • Any fraudulent claims or misuse of return policy will result in:

    • Rejection of refund

    • Blocking of future orders
