4. No Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled.
Customers are requested to review their order carefully before making payment.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within [1–3 business days].
Delivery timelines depend on the customer’s location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or external factors.
6. Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy (Strict)
Returns are accepted ONLY in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged or defective product
Mandatory Conditions:
Customer must report within 48 hours of delivery
Unedited Unboxing video is compulsory as proof
Product must be unused and in original packaging
Important Notes:
No return/refund will be accepted without unboxing video
No return for change of mind, dislike, or minor variations
Refunds (if approved) will be processed after inspection
7. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
We reserve the right to:
Cancel suspicious orders
Block users with repeated fraudulent activity
Request additional verification for high-value orders
Any misuse of offers, fake details, or abusive behavior may lead to account restriction.
8. Chargeback Protection
Customers agree not to initiate false chargebacks after receiving the product.
In case of chargeback disputes, we reserve the right to:
Submit proof of delivery and communication
